To ensure the best possible experience when visiting the exhibition, sessions allow an hour visit for a limited number of people at any one time.
Due to capacity restrictions, please arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled session time. Sessions allow for an hour visit from the start of the session ie. 5.00pm to 6.00pm. If you arrive late, you may not be able to experience the full show.
After experiencing the exhibition, guests are invited to visit the gallery space on level 2.
To assist in protecting the art installations no food or drinks, backpacks, tripods or commercial photography allowed in the exhibition.
Daily-use backpacks and tripods may be checked into the Cloak Room at Level 2.
As we can not guarantee that there will be space available please store larger items and suitcases at Travellers Aid Melbourne luggage storage. It is located inside Flinders St Station on the main concourse near the escalators between platforms 9 and 10.
Due to the immersive nature of the exhibition and fragility of art works, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times by an accompanying adult or carer. We encourage parents of toddlers to use prams where appropriate.
We appreciate your cooperation
