Ticket Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable unless special circumstances apply such as:
- In the event that the organiser is required to reschedule or change the date or close the venue, your ticket will be refunded.
- In the event that you are unable to attend due to experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have to isolate as per a DHHS directive. Please contact us as soon as you're aware you're unable to attend.
- In the event you can no longer attend and you wish to sell your ticket, please visit Tixel for reselling.
